If you didn’t hear, Tilt Shift was updated to support Mango few days ago.
Tilt Shift is a Windows Phone effect application. Transform a scene into a miniature world. This application simulates a tilt-shift lens that tricks your mind into viewing a photo as a miniature scene like a model railroad for example. Focus on a radial or linear region in the image with visual guides. Increase color saturation, brightness or contrast to increase the toy model look.
