Telegram for Windows Phone picked up a new update to version 1.26. The update comes with support for a new drafts feature, which allows users to start a message on one device and have it synced to all their devices running Telegram.
Telegram Messenger is a Telegram client with a focus on speed and security. It’s superfast, simple and free and lets you create group chats with up to 200 people so you can stay connected with everyone at once. You can also share videos up to 1GB, send multiple photos from the web, and forward any media you receive in an instant.
All your messages are in the cloud, so you can easily access them from any of your devices. For those interested in maximum privacy, Telegram added Secret Chats, featuring end-to-end encryption to ensure that a message can only be read by its intended recipient. When it comes to Secret Chats, nothing is logged on Telegram’s servers and you can automatically program the messages to self-destruct from both devices so there is never any record of it.
Windows PC devices running telegram also picked up an update adding not just drafts support, but a redesigned group and single user interface and a new “scroll to bottom” button with an unread counter on it.
Here’s the changelog for desktop devices:
- Introducing Drafts: Seamless syncing for unsent messages on all your devices. Drafts are now visible in your chats list.
- Completely redesigned group and user profiles.
- Unread messages counter on the ‘Scroll to bottom’ button.
