Telegram desktop app to let you listen to voicemails at double speed

The beta version of the popular privacy-focused messaging app Telegram has been updated to version 1.4.5.

The update brings along a number of usability features for those in a hurry, including the ability to review pictures sent in a channel more rapidly and to listen to voicemails at double speed.

The full changelog reads:

• View all photos and videos in the preview of Twitter and Instagram links.
• Listen to voice and video messages in 2X mode when you are in a hurry.
• Find video messages in the Shared Voice Messages section.
• Add a comment if you’re sharing posts from channels.
• Bug fixes and other minor improvements.
