Microsoft has launched a new sweepstakes to give fans the chance to win a limited-edition Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Xbox controller that’s smelled like … pizza.
Yes, you’ve read that right. The controller is designed to look like a pizza slice, and it comes with a scent diffuser that emits the smell of fresh pizza. The controller is also decorated with artwork of the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
To enter the sweepstakes, participants must follow the Xbox Game Pass Twitter account and retweet one of the designated promotional tweets. The sweepstakes runs from July 24 to August 13, 2023, for participants above 18 years of age.
Four winners will be randomly selected to receive the TMNT-themed Xbox controller. The winners will also receive a three-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
“We’re excited to partner with Paramount Pictures to bring this unique and fun sweepstakes to our fans,” said Ashley McKissick, general manager of Xbox Games Marketing. “We know that TMNT fans love pizza, so we wanted to create a controller that would let them enjoy the smell of their favorite food while they’re gaming.”
The TMNT-themed Xbox controller is the latest in a line of limited-edition controllers that Microsoft has released. In the past, the company has released controllers inspired by other popular franchises, such as Halo and Starfield, and is rumored to have another one for the upcoming Forza Motorsport racing game.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is set to be released on August 2, 2023, starring Jackie Chan, Seth Rogan, Nicolas Cantu, Brady Noon, and more.
