Skype Preview update reportedly causing crashes for Windows Insiders

Microsoft updated Skype preview earlier this week with bug fixes and minor improvements, but it seems some bugs came along for the ride.

Insiders have reported that this current build of the Skype Preview app causes it to crash on launch, with numerous threads on Reddit complaining about instant crashes upon start up.

While I haven’t been able to verify the crash on my phone, you might be better off laying off the app update until Microsoft pushes out a fix.For PC users affected by this, it’s worth noting Skype’s regular desktop app is still available and fully functional for use as a workaround.
