Salesforce Chatter is an enterprise collaboration and communication tool that connects, engages, and motivates employees to work efficiently regardless of their role or location. It allows employees to collaborate on sales opportunities, service cases, campaigns, and projects with embedded apps and custom actions.
Salesforce Chatter has recently released their official app for Windows 10 devices. Using this app, employees can share knowledge, files and data, connect with experts from across their organization and swap insights and ideas in real time.
Dozens of functions and decisions can be executed right in the app, from conversations and approvals to edits and notifications, without waiting for a desk or a meeting.
