Microsoft today released minor update to its Office Mobile apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in Windows Store. Last major update included new features like Ink Annotations, Export to ODF, Format Background on PowerPoint and more. Find the old change log below.

Word Mobile:

• You can now pick from a rainbow of colours for fonts, shapes and all your formatting.

• You can now export a document to the OpenDocument Text (.odt) format.

Excel Mobile:

• Use your finger to write, draw and highlight with the tools on the new Draw tab. (Phone only)

• Now you can open files that contain ActiveX controls.

• Now you can pick from a rainbow of colours for fonts, shapes and all of your formatting.

• You can now export a spreadsheet to the OpenDocument Spreadsheet (.ods) format.

PowerPoint Mobile:

• Use your finger to write, draw and highlight with the tools on the new Draw tab. (Phone only)

• Now you can pick from a rainbow of colours for fonts, shapes and all of your formatting.

• Customise a slide by adding the background colour of your choice.

• You can now export a presentation to the OpenDocument Presentation (.odp) format.
