Hungarian site Tech2.hu reports that according to their sources Nokia’s Android handset, the Nokia Normandy or Nokia X A110 has entered mass production a few weeks ago at one of Nokia’s few European manufacturing facilities, its  Komárom plant in Hungary.

Like many over the last few years the site has seen some reduction in work force after Nokia’s redundancies of 2012, but it still continues to produce handsets, including what tech2 reports are Nokia X handsets in a variety of colours.

Nokia is now not expected to announce any Windows Phone handsets at Mobile World Congress 2014, but has in its marketing strongly hinted at the Nokia X being announced there.  It seems nothing will keep this juggernaut, which has primarily been certified in developing markets in Asia, from hitting the shelves in a few weeks.
