Microsoft Office 365

During WWDC 2018 keynote today, Apple announced its revamped Mac App Store with an all new design. Along with design improvements, Apple also announced some flagship apps coming soon to Mac App Store. One of them was Microsoft’s Office 365.

Microsoft is planning to bring Office 365 suite to Mac App Store later this year. Like any other App Store app, Office 365 app can be downloaded from Mac App Store and can be updated with a single click. Generally, Apple charges 30% cut from developers app revenue generated through App Store. I’m sure Microsoft would have negotiated for less commission to bring their popular Office 365 suite to Mac App Store.
