Microsoft has updated its T0-Do app for Windows 10 with hashtag support. The firm previously rolled out this update to Android users, and now Windows users are getting it too.

Hashtags in ToDo work much like clickable URLs. That means that you can enter a to do called, “I want to eat pie for #Lunch”, and be able to find all your other ToDos hashtagged lunch. That’s not the most creative example, but the point comes across.

While Microsoft intends for users to replace Wunderlist with ToDo, the firm still hasn’t added features like folders, and sub-tasks to the Windows 10 ToDo app.

Hashtags are nice, but the firm will have to move faster as its migrating users between rival services, lest they jump to less-confused platforms.

Microsoft To-Do is available in the Microsoft Store here.
