Microsoft revealed the new Surface Pro 3 device earlier this week. As announced by Microsoft, Surface Pro 3 will come in various SKUs. You can buy Surface Pro 3 ranging from Intel Core i3 to Intel Core i7 processor, 64GB to 512GB SSD, 4GB to 8GB RAM. All these devices come with the same display with active pen digitizer support. While there are various versions of Intel Core ix processors, you can know the specific versions that will come in Surface Pro 3 from the list below (Thanks to Ed Bott),
- The lowest configured Surface Pro 3 comes with Intel Core i3-4020Y processor, running at 1.5 GHz, with Intel HD4200 graphics.
- The Intel Core i5-4300U processor runs at a clock speed of 1.9 GHz and Turbo boost up to 2.9 GHz, with Intel HD4400 graphics.
- The Intel Core i7-4650U processor, runs at a clock speed of 1.7 GHz with Turbo frequency of 3.3 GHz with HD5000 graphics.
All these devices come with same battery capacity of 42 watt-hour battery. You can pre-order it from Microsoft Store.
