Doing what they should have done a week ago, before RTM, Microsoft has released a new build of the Windows 10 October 2018 update to Windows 10 Insiders in the Slow Ring and Release Preview Ring.
The update is testing Microsoft’s fix for their File Deletion Bug, which addresses the issue of Microsoft deleting the original folders they believed were empty after the location of the Known Folder (such as My Documents) was moved.
The update can be downloaded by Checking for Updates in Settings.
