Microsoft today highlighted a new feature in Outlook web app that will allow you to share OneDrive file links in a simple way. When you copy/paste a OneDrive file link in Outlook Web App (OWA), instead of pasting the full URL, Outlook will only paste the file name that links to the file. Check out the GIF above to see the new experience in action. You can also change the access permissions on the shared link with a simple click.

This feature is now generally available to all OneDrive for Business users.
