Buildfeed has detected that Microsoft has started compiling RedStore 6 builds of Windows 10 internally, laying the ground for the version of Windows 10 which will hit PCs sometime in Spring next year.

Microsoft has started polishing RedStore 5, or what will be called the October 218 Update, over the last few weeks, which has included cutting some features such as Sets which are unlikely to be ready in time and moving these to the next major Windows 10 update.

At the same time, internal testing of these builds has started in Microsoft, with BuildFeed saying the first Windows 10 Redstone 6 build (18200)  was compiled by Microsoft on the 16th July.

Microsoft should soon start pushing out these new builds to Windows 10 users in the Skip Ahead Ring.  The ring is being reset meaning new users can join, but only a limited number will be accepted for the alpha testing.

The Skip Ahead Ring has just opened.  Will any of our readers be jumping on the RS6 train even before RS5 shipped? Let us know below.
