At a press event, Microsoft today announced the new Surface Laptop 7th Edition powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processors. This is the first time Microsoft is shipping a Surface Laptop product with an ARM-based processor. The new Surface Laptop 7th Edition can be configured with both the variants of Snapdragon X Elite processors to deliver great single threaded and multi-threaded performance without compromising battery life. In fact, the performance of this new Surface Laptop 6 rivals the M3-powered Apple MacBook Pros.
