Microsoft is adding new app shortcuts to the sidebar on the Windows 10 Mail app.
ALumia, who noticed the change, has posted a video showing it off below:

The feature is likely currently hidden behind a switch on the beta version of the app, and should come to regular users of the app eventually.
ALumia also reports that the Calendar (beta) has now been fully discontinued, with the app reverting to the regular version with the old design.
