MediaTek announce gaming-focussed Helio G90 and G90T smartphone processors with "HyperEngine" technology

Budget smartphone process manufacturer MediaTek has announced a new range of performance processors designed for gaming-focused smartphones.
The Helio G90 and G90T are powered by the Mali G76 GPU and include 8 ARM Cortex-A76 and A55 cores clocked at up to 2.05GHz. The processors also support up to 10GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
The processors also feature a specific optimization for gaming which MediaTek calls HyperEngine technology which makes touch screens more responsive, offers faster networking response with intelligent fallback to LTE and battery life optimizations for longer gameplay.
The chip also has other features such as support for 64-megapixel cameras, HDR10, dual-wake work (Hey Google and Alexa for example) and more.
