A HTC Touch Pro video out cable is pretty cheap, but if you are like me and have a rats nest of cables lying in a corner and is handy with a soldering iron you may prefer making your own.
Audible_paradigm from XDA-Developers.com has published a guide for doing just that, from a spare corded earphone cable and a spare RCA Cable.
