Referrals are an important part of hiring processes of any organization. LinkedIn team mentioned that job applications with referrals are 4X more likely to get a response back from a company. LinkedIn is today announcing a new feature called “Ask for a Referral” to make the process of getting referrals easy for job seekers. Here’s how it works:
- See jobs where you already know someone through the “In Your Network” search filter on LinkedIn Jobs.
- Easily request a referral by clicking the “Ask For A Referral” button on jobs where you know people.
