Microsoft earlier this month released an update to iOS and Windows 10 for Groove Music allowing subscribers to share their favorite playlists on social media, SMS and other select other communication media.

The update has now come to Android and lets Android users share personal Groove playlists and open other shared playlists in the Groove Music app. While the best Groove Music experience still remains on Windows, Microsoft is good at keeping its iOS and Android apps up to par with its Windows counterpart (unlike Apple’s Music app).

Here’s the full changelog:

  • Share your personal playlists with friends on social media, in email, and in other apps
  • Not decided on Groove Music Pass? Previews for millions of songs let you hear what you’re missing
  • Various bug fixes

You can download Groove Music for Android from the Google Play Store here.
