That is the new approach that HTC and At&t  are taking to get the information on why WM is not liked by many in American . HTC has teamed up with America’s biggest GSM phone company At&t to do a little paid research/survey for the people that use Windows Mobile phones and return it.

This seems like a very good way to find the problems and change it. If you want some free money about $25 for 10Min and $75 for 90min of your time. That is a very good price to get information, so if you want it, go ahead and return your new WM phone and you will get an email asking you to take the survey.
