Can you spell words? Then you can play TextTwist 2.

Overall Score: 3/5

TextTwist 2 is nothing creative, exciting, or new. It’s a simple word game that brings nothing fresh to the world. Therefore, it’s very average overall.

Gameplay: 3/5

There are better word games out there, with more creative gameplay and interesting controls. TextTwist 2 is simply very basic and average. There’s nothing special about it. It still functions as a word game with plenty of different gameplay modes, but there are simply more exciting word games out there.

Presentation: 3/5

The visuals are nice but basic, and the menu interface isn’t the best (press the check box at the bottom of the screen to continue? That feels outdated). The background music is pretty good though and the game is Mango enabled.

Lasting Value: 3/5

You’ve got leaderboards and a number of different gameplay modes to play through. However, the main question is whether you would actually come back to play this game. The daily word mode is fun to return to, but otherwise I can’t see this game attracting that much gameplay.qrcode
