Microsoft’s new CEO Satya Nadella along with Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer yesterday addressed hundreds of Microsoft employee’s regarding this new change at Microsoft. Microsoft’s official blog puts it in a good way as below,

As hundreds of Microsoft employees swarmed around a small stage and craned their necks over three floors of balconies and stairwells, raising voices and clapping hands to welcome the companyโ€™s third CEO, Satya Nadella โ€“ and to honor the previous two CEOs, Steve Ballmer and Bill Gates.

On that stage in the middle of the Studio D atrium, the companyโ€™s three CEOs Satya Nadella, Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer stood together to talk about the future of Microsoft.

โ€œI am honored, humbled and excited โ€“ three words that describe what I feel,โ€ said Nadella, who thanked Gates and Ballmer and smiled into a crowd documenting everything with a sea of Windows Phone devices. โ€œYou and Steve have built an amazing company. The technology this company produces has changed the world.โ€

โ€œHeโ€™s amazing,โ€ Ballmer said in his characteristic fist-pumping style, which prompted a reaction akin to fans watching a Beast Mode moment. โ€œSatya is thoughtful. Satya is cool. Satya is deep. He sees the playing field. He really thinks things through. Heโ€™s absolutely the perfect choice as our new CEO.โ€

โ€œI second everything Steve said, about this is the right choice for us. I think weโ€™ll mark this as a very exciting day,โ€ said Gates. โ€œMicrosoft was founded on a belief in the magic of software. Weโ€™ve got some amazing strengths โ€“ and weโ€™ve also got some challenges โ€ฆ Iโ€™m thrilled we got the right leader to take the software to the next level.โ€
