Popular camera benchmarking website DxOMark has finally concluded their camera tests of Galaxy S10 5G and Huawei P30 Pro.

Both devices have excellent cameras, but the Huawei P30 Pro has been called by many an excellent camera which just happens to be connected to a phone, and is felt by many to be the smartphone camera to beat currently.

After extensive tests, however, according to DxO labs, both the devices performed equally and the strange thing is, Galaxy S10 5G outperformed Galaxy S10+.

DxO labs has given both the devices a score of 112 and Galaxy S10 5G is now the first smartphone to breach the 100 point barrier in video performance. The front camera on the Galaxy S10 5G doesn’t disappoint either. The front camera scored 97 which is apparently close to Galaxy S10+.

Overall, the Galaxy S10 5G performs slightly better than, the excellent S10+ in our tests.

Galaxy S10 5G and Huawei P30 Pro are definitely great smartphones for photography and have set a benchmark for other OEMs like Google who will launch their flagship(s) later this year.
