Swift on Windows

Back in March, we reported that Swift will add support for Windows 10 in the coming months. In order to make the Swift on Windows development process easier, Swift project yesterday released new downloadable Swift toolchain images for Windows. These images contain development components needed to build and run Swift code on Windows.
