Augmented reality is a new way to use technology that transforms how you work, learn, play and connect with almost everything around you. Apple devices like iPhone and iPad already supports AR experiences. According to Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple will release its AR headset in Q2 2020. Unlike HoloLens which is a standalone AR headset, Apple will project its AR headset as an accessory to iPhone and iPad. Actual computing for AR experiences will be done in iPhone and iPad, while the headset will act as the display.
