Animated Emoji comes to the latest WhatsApp beta

WhatsApp continues the good work of bringing its Windows Phone app to feature parity with its iOS and Android versions.

The latest addition to the app in its closed beta is the Large Beating Heart, one of the few animated emojis supported by the app.

The heart is now available in v.2.12.88 of the closed beta and will only show up if a heart emoji is sent by itself without any other text or emojis.

It is not known when the feature will reach the public build of the app, but it should be no more than a number of weeks.
