SwiftKey Keyboard adds support for photo themes

Microsoft today announced support for photo themes in SwiftKey keyboard app for Android and iOS. With this new photo themes, users can use their own images to create a personalized theme for their SwiftKey keyboard. SwiftKey team has partnered with a National Geographic contributing photographer to offer a gallery of 12 curated images for users to try out this new feature. You can download your favorite image from this gallery to make your own photo theme.

Android users can also customize whether or not their keyboard has borders on the keys, as well as whether or not symbols and secondary characters. iOS users can customize the color of their keys, which will show when pressed.

To get started with photo themes on SwiftKey for Android, open ‘SwiftKey Settings’ and click on the ‘Themes’ tab. iOS users can start customizing their keyboard by opening the SwiftKey app and selecting ‘Design’.
