MyAnalytics is a service that helps you focus on what matters most by providing personalized insights about how you spend your time at work. You will get information such as how much time you spend in meetings, or how long it takes someone to reply to your emails, based on your mailbox and calendar. Until now, MyAnalytics was only available with an Enterprise E5 plan or as an add-on to E1 and E3 plans. Microsoft today announced that it is expanding the availability of MyAnalytics to all Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Business suites (Business Essentials, Business Premium E1, E3, and E5 plans).

In addition to the insights based on Outlook data, Microsoft will be now offering insights based on your Microsoft Teams calls and chats, as well as signals from documents you’re working on that are saved in OneDrive and SharePoint.

MyAnalytics insights from Microsoft Teams and documents saved in OneDrive or SharePoint will be available in January 2019 for existing users. MyAnalytics features will start rolling out to the new users in the next couple months.
