Microsoft has updated the People app in Windows 10 to version 10.3.3241.0 with a whole new look.

As can be seen in the screenshot above, the app now has a central column which was not there before, directly offering you an email address and phone number if available.  This should make it quicker and easier to search for a contact if you know the email address but not the exact name.

There is also a new section for displaying a contact, with a summary of information, conversations, future events, and tips for combining duplicates.

Microsoft has also made it easier to find a contact, with a Filter Contact List button and a new search interface which searches contact dynamically.

The app also features a different font and somewhat less fluent design.

The updated app is now available to Windows 10 Insiders in the Fast Ring, and should eventually come to all Windows 10 users sometime next year.
