August is already upon us and, like every month, PlayStation Plus subscribers get to download another set of games for absolutely free.
From August 6th until September 2nd, PS Plus members can pick up the WipEout Omega Collection and Sniper Elite 4.

The WipEout Omega Collection combines WipEout 2048, WipEout HD, and the HD Fury expansion into one turbo-charged package. That means that, technically, you’re getting two-and-a-bit games instead of just one!
Race against the clock and other competitors to wind up on top in a series of thrilling anti-gravity races. You can even play online, or one-on-one with a friend at home.
That’s not all, though! If you have PlayStation VR, then you can play the entire collection (that’s all modes and all tracks) in virtual reality. Nice.
Sniper Elite 4 is a third person tactical shooter stealth videogame where you must slip behind enemy lines and work to drive out Axis forces from the Italian peninsula.
You can use traps, explosives, environmental hazards, a variety of weapons, your trusty rifle, or just simply start swinging with your fists in order to spread chaos.
You can also team up with a friend online to beat the co-op campaign mode, team up with 2-4 friends to enjoy dedicated co-op missions, or go all out in competitive multiplayer modes for up to 12 players.
Once again: Both WipEout Omega Collection and Sniper Elite 4 will be available to download from the PlayStation Store from August 6th until September 2nd.
If you’re a PS Plus subscriber and you haven’t picked up July’s free games yet, don’t panic! You can still get Detroit: Become Human and Horizon Chase Turbo for the low low price of free until August 5th.
