Stephen Elop at Qualcomm Uplinq conference

In the above video we once again have Stephen Elop talking about the smartphone market and why he chose Windows Phone 7 for Nokia.

He notes a successful ecosystem needs to include the ability to delight consumers, complete the ecosystem making it whole, rely on operators, broaden the ecosystem and take it further, and developer community, and that the partnership with Microsoft would enable just that.

We think when he talks about broadening the ecosystem he may in fact also be hinting at a Nokia Windows 8 tablet, something which has also been hinted before but so far denied by the company.
