Bing Chat can be accessed in multiple ways. Besides visiting Bing.com/chat, you can also use the Bing Chat pane, which is built into the Edge web browser. One of the major advantages of the Bing Chat pane is that it gives you easy access to plugins, though they’re limited in numbers. However, with plugins like Spotify, Adobe Express, and MathSolver now available as plugins in the Bing Chat pane in Edge, the chatbot has become more useful.

For those who don’t know, plugins are meant to enhance the capabilities of the chatbot by performing a range of functionalities, including verifying what the bot shows, booking a table at a restaurant, solving complex math problems, and many more. Although the features of the Spotify plugin are not clear, users should be able to create playlists and display information like artist bios, album covers, lyrics, and more.

The MathSolver plugin can help you solve complex math problems in a matter of seconds. For example, you can solve equations, integrals, series, vectors, polynomials, and many more. You’ll also be able to plot different types of curves. Adobe Express, on the other hand, should give you access to its thousands of templates for free, allowing you to create appealing social media posts and more.

The first batch of plugins was made available to Bing Chat last month. And now, with X user Leopeva64-2 spotting the inclusion of Spotify, MathSolver, and Spotify plugins in the Bing Chat pane, the numbers have increased, and so has the quality of chats. However, the plugins capability in Edge is not available for everyone, nor does it work as it should for those limited set of people who have it. The Redmond tech giant is currently A/B testing the feature with select Edge Canary users.

You can download the Edge Canary web browser and see if you get lucky to get access to plugins. If you don’t, you can subscribe to ChatGPT Plus to use Spotify, MathSolver, and many more plugins straight away. However, ChatGPT Plus is a paid service that costs $20 a month.
