Slice and Throw is a fun, free, and unique game where you slice scrolls and throw ninja stars in a challenging and addicting way!

Overall Score: 5/5

This game is one of the best addicting WP7 games yet. The gameplay is super fun, the presentation is fantastic, and the lasting value is pretty good.

Gameplay: 5/5

The goal of the game is to slice the scrolls that are tossed up into the air and throw ninja stars at the objects in the background. To slice things, you simply swipe your finger. To throw ninja stars, you simply tap the screen at where you want them thrown. The game has some incredible gameplay elements that make it very addicting to play. For example, the objects which you throw ninja stars at move a lot slower, while the scrolls you slice appear and disappear a lot faster, forcing you to quickly negotiate which ones you should go for. The game becomes much more challenging once you get to the higher levels. Competing for high scores is really satisfying since the game is simply a lot of fun!

Presentation: 5/5

The game looks great, sounds fantastic, loads fast, and feels smooth! The music is soothing and fits perfectly with the game’s theme. The sound effects successfully tell you when you slice a scroll or when you fail and hit a red scroll. The visuals are sharp and smooth, and the game loads very fast! And it resumes perfectly!

Lasting Value: 4/5

The game does have an online leaderboard which is fun to compete in, but at this point it doesn’t have a weekly or daily high score section. That could improve the lasting value. Nevertheless, the game is insanely addicting and will keep you coming back for more thanks to its fabulous gameplay elements.
