Now you can leverage Salesforce right within Outlook to determine the best next steps in a deal and stay on top of open support issues.
The Salesforce App for Outlook is currently in beta and requires a subscription to Salesforce Enterprise Edition (or higher). The app works with Mac and Windows and Outlook 2013 and Outlook Web App today. We are working closely with Microsoft to make the app work with new Outlook products in future releases. For users of legacy, on-premise versions of Outlook, the Salesforce for Outlook plug-in remains supported and the team is adding new features in every release.
