Microsoft’s OneNote app is one of my favourite apps from Casa Redmond. Not only does it replace a lot of the paper that I would ordinarily be carrying about, but it makes it easier to get organised from one central app.
With the latest updates to the Windows 10 OneNote app, Microsoft now makes it easy to print all of your notes off and convert a digital notebook, into a physical one for sharing with people the old-fashioned analogue way.
Why would you want to do this? Simply put, there are situations where you might need to share your notes with others in tech-unfriendly locations — think construction sites, some meetings. Or perhaps, you just need to have the notebook in a non-digital format so you can annotate on it with real-life pen and ink, whatever the reason you have in mind, you can now print off your digital notebooks wholesale.

How to Print an entire OneNote Notebook

  1. Open OneNote and navigate to the section of the Notebook you want to print off
  2. Tap the ellipsis menu to bring up options
  3. Select Print.
  4. You can now choose between Page, Section or Notebook. Choose which option you want.
  5. You can print this either as a PDF with Windows 10’s built-in PDF tool or more likely as a physical document.

OneNote for Windows 10 doesn’t come as part of the Office 365 installation but is built into Widows. You can download it from the store link here.
