Razer today surprised everyone by announcing a new laptop targeting the non-gaming crowd. The all-new Razer Book 13 is a productivity focused premium laptop that will be available this month.

The Razer Book 13 is built from a single block of aluminum making it durable and it comes in a mercury white finish for great exterior look. This new laptop weighs under 3 lbs. and only .6โ€ thin. Like Razer’s other gaming focused laptops, the keyboard in this laptop features per-key Razer Chroma RGB backlighting that can be customized.

To offer great audio experience, the Razer Book 13 comes with two speakers on either side of the keyboard and they are powered with smart amp technology and featuring with THX Spatial Audio for rich immersive 360-degree sound. Also, the glass touchpad supports Windows Precision Drivers.

The Razer Book 13 is powered by up to the Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor, improved Iris Xe integrated graphics, up to 16GB of memory and up to 512GB SSD. To ensure the ultra-thin laptop stays cool and quiet under load, Razer has included a unique vapor chamber cooling solution.

When it comes to display, the Razer Book 13 features a custom calibrated 13.4-inch display with the worldโ€™s thinnest bezels on any 13.4โ€ panel and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The near bezel-less display is available from a Full HD+ non-touch configuration up to a UHD+ touch configuration, each custom calibrated from the factory and each covering 100% of the SRGB color space. The touch display models feature Gorilla Glass 6 with anti-reflective coating. For great video calling experience, Razer has included a HD webcam with a 4-mic array. Windows Hello authentication is also supported via the camera.

On the connectivity front, the Razer Book 13 comes with two Thunderbolt 4 ports (USB-C), a USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port, a 3.5mm combo port, a full-sized HDMI 2.0 port and a microSD card slot.

  • The Razer Book 13 Intel Core i7 configurations start at $1599.99 USD / 1699.99โ‚ฌ MSRP and will be available in November 2020 at Razer.com, RazerStore retail locations, and select retailers in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and China.
