Have you ever heard of an AI-powered mobile keyboard? Well, Microsoft SwiftKey is coming hot with several new AI-powered features, as announced just today.

The news came right on time with yesterday’s Microsoft Surface 2023 event, where Redmond’s rebrand of its Copilot assistance tool and two new Surface devices got the most airtime.

The best part of this news is that this chunk of updates is coming to both iOS and Android devices soon.

“This is a great way to express yourself in a unique and creative way,” Microsoft promises in the official blog announcement.

Soon, you’ll be able to create photos, videos, and GIFs using AI camera lenses — thanks to its collaboration with Snap, there will be 250 tools and filters to choose. Check out how it works below:

Bing Image Creator is also coming to the keyboard, and you can make personalized stickers based on your photos or selfies and send them on WhatsApp, Messenger, or other apps thanks to the new AI stickers feature.

And, as we’ve previously reported, Microsoft is also adding a one-tap grammar correction tool called Editor in SwiftKey.

Microsoft SwiftKey is available on both iOS and Android devices.
