Microsoft has re-released KB4476976  to Windows 10 Insiders in the Release Preview Ring.

The update is intended for Windows 10 October 2018 update and suggests Microsoft is being much more cautious about testing updates and making sure they are perfect before they are released to the general public.

The new KB4476976 does not come with a changelog, but presumably includes fixes for issues uncovered by testers from the earlier release, and takes the OS to version 17763.292.

Insiders on the Release Preview Ring can download the update by Checking for Updates in Settings.
