Microsoft is no longer providing support for Lumia devices. The company has partnered with B2X to provide customer service for Lumia devices, which is apparently a “Microsoft authorized customer service provider”. If you have recently used the official Microsoft Support website to get some help regarding your Lumia smartphone, you might have noticed the message which asks users to get help from B2X. The website still offers the necessary support for Lumia devices — for example, if you are having issues with turning on your Lumia device, Microsoft’s official Support website will offer some possible fixes. However, if that doesn’t work, you will have to contact B2X to get support for your Lumia device.

B2X does seem to have some pretty good support content for Lumia devices, but it’ll be interesting to see if the company’s customer service is any good. If you have tried B2X in the past, make sure to share your experience in the comment section below.
