Microsoft now rolling out Windows 10 October Update (version 1809) via Automatic Updates

After months of testing, Microsoft has now started the phased roll out of Windows 10 October Update (version 1809) to users via Automatic Updates in Windows Update. Initially, Microsoft will be offering the update to devices they believe will have the best update experience based on their next generation machine learning model.

As reported before, Windows 10 October Update (version 1809) is already fully available for advanced users who manually select “Check for updates” via Windows Update.
