Along with the news about first 13 original Xbox games coming to Xbox One, Microsoft today revealed via IGN that they are planning to add Xbox One X-specific enhancements to four high-profile Xbox 360 games that are available on Xbox One via backward compatibility. Halo 3, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Assassin’s Creed are the first four titles to receive such enhancement.

Microsoft has updated the color depth of some titles from 8-bit to 10-bit. For some titles, they have enabled HDR lighting. But all the titles have got increased resolution. You can check out how Halo 3 looks on Xbox One X in the above video. The good news is that this update will be available for free to anyone who owns this game. If you own any of these games, make sure to update it to enjoy great experience on Xbox One X.
