Joe Belfiore tweeted yesterday that they were working on a fixing Error 8018830f :The update was downloaded, but couldn’t be opened.
Multiple users are reporting that they have now been able to install the update.
If you have been affected now may be a good time to try again by going to Settings and Checking for updates.
