Set your watches because Limited Run Games is bringing all four classic Jak and Daxter PlayStation 2 games to the PlayStation 4 in an aptly named and extremely limited run.
Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy is available exclusively at Limited Run Games in two editions. The Standard Edition goes for $24.99 while the Collector’s Edition goes for $74.99. Both are region free and limited to two copies of each edition per customer.
Limited Run Games’ description for the Collector’s Edition is as follows:
- Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy physical game for the PlayStation 4, which includes a full-color physical manual and reversible cover art.
- 90+ page foil stamped hardcover book featuring never before seen design documents from Naughty Dog’s original production binders.
- Physical soundtrack CD, which includes demos and unreleased material.
- A premium metal replica Precursor Orb.
- An 18 x 24 inch replica of the original development team poster.
- A sealed foil pack of premium high-gloss foil trading cards.
- A custom black 16GB USB drive shaped like a PlayStation 2 memory card.
- A beautiful gold foil stamped book inspired box.
The first run of each edition already sold out, but Limited Run Games are releasing a second run at 3PM PST/6PM EST. Only 2,500 copies of the Standard Edition and 1,250 copies of the Collector’s Edition are available, so act fast!
Buyers will receive their game by February 28th, 2019.
Limited Run Games will also be releasing Standard and Collector’s editions of Jak II, Jak 3, and Jak X: Combat Racing by June 2019.
