Engadget is quoting a “tipster with a proven past” who states the much anticipated HTC HD2 is coming to O2 as soon as October 12th.  According to the source, the O2 intranet site lists the "HTC HD2".

This news is quite good and relatively believable, and a good change from the usual news of Orange, with their terrible data plans, grabbing the exclusive on the most desirable Windows Mobile handsets.
