Haier today announced two new ultraportable laptops at CES 2016.

Cloudbook HT1401: Haier’s new Windows 10 Cloudbook

Haier is launching two Cloudbooks including the Cloudbook HT1401 based on Windows 10. The Cloudbook HT1401 features a 14.1″ display and is powered by an Intel quad-core Bay Trail processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and a microSD port capable of extending memory capacity to 64GB. Its 10000 mAh lithium-ion polymer battery offers 6 – 8 hours battery life in use.

This ultraportable laptop also features two USB 2.0 ports and an HDMI port. Many connectivity options are supported, such as Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi. Finally, its all-white design confers a sober and pure look, with a slim (2cm) and lightweight (1.21 kg) casing. It will also come with 100GB free cloud storage for one year’s use. The Cloudbook will be available in selected European markets in Q3 2015 with a suggested retail price of EUR229. Available colours: white.

Haier Ultrabook

Haier’s Ultrabook comes with a 13.3″ full HD display running Windows 10, 128GB SSD storage and 4GB RAM. Its light weight (1.3kg) and slimness (1.2 cm) give the Ultrabook an elegant and modern look. The edge of the device features 2 USB 3.0 ports, a micro-HDMI port, the charging port, an SD card reader and an optional 4G LTE SIM card reader. The 11.1V, 26Wh Li-Polymer battery offers a day’s usage without needing to recharge.

The Ultrabook will be available in selected European markets in Q2 2016 with a suggested retail price starting from EUR549.90.
