With challenging gameplay, a great scoring system, and good presentation, Bike Mania is a must have for people who enjoy these types of motorcycle games.

Gameplay: 5/5

The goal is to climb your dirt bike over various obstacles and reach the finish in the quickest time possible. You will then receive one, two, or three stars based on how fast you were. You control the tilt of the bike and the speed, and use that + physics to overcome the course. In terms of games like this, the gameplay is spot on. It engages you and frustrates you just enough that you become dedicated to beating the levels!

Presentation: 4/5

Visually, the game looks pretty clean. The rain and snow effects are a little annoying later on in the game, but otherwise it looks good. There’s also some music in the background, so it’s not awkwardly silent.

Lasting Value: 3/5

The game will only take you about an hour and a half to play through, which isn’t very much. You can always replay levels to get all three stars, but the game would have to include more levels for it to score higher here. Still, it’s one and a half hours of a lot of fun!
