Assassin’s Creed for WP7 is a mobile version of the successful platformer/combat console series (Video Review).
Overall Score: 2/5![96f4fa19-8a19-45e4-83cf-140b3bd38381[1] 96f4fa19-8a19-45e4-83cf-140b3bd38381[1]](https://mspoweruser.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/96f4fa19-8a19-45e4-83cf-140b3bd383811_thumb.png)
The game suffers from terrible controls, which ruins the entire game in my opinion. If you actually like the controls, it could be fun, but I don’t recommend buying Assassin’s Creed.
Gameplay: 1/5 (Weighted to be 2x more important)
The problem with the controls is that they are overly sensitive, which causes you to fall off buildings and platforms unintentionally. That becomes a huge issue in a game that is built around running on rooftops and scaling walls. Other than the controls, the gameplay is pretty fun. Combat is entertaining, and the action is well paced.
Visuals: 5/5
The graphics are really good for a mobile platform. It’s too bad that the controls ruin the experience.
Story: 5/5
Though I didn’t play through the entire game because of the controls, the story seemed to be well established, and kept the game entertaining.
