Galaxy Fold deserves care like no other: Samsung asks users to be extra careful while using the foldable smartphone

After a lot of uncertainties, Samsung’s first foldable smartphone, Galaxy Fold went on for sale in South Korea on September 18. The company received a tremendous response from buyers as 4000 units of the $2,000 foldable smartphone sold out in minutes in the country.

Now, even though Samsung claimed to have solved all the issues that users encountered when it was first launched, the manufacturer wants users to be extra careful while using the Galaxy Fold. In a new video titled ‘Caring for your Galaxy Fold,’ the company highlighted a few ways to take care of the foldable smartphone.

Samsung suggests Galaxy Fold owners to keep the foldable smartphone free of water and dust. Also, you’re advised not to place the smartphone anywhere near an object that may be affected by magnets as the company used magnets to keep the device secure when folded. Further, the company recommends light touch on the display and not too much pressure that a normal smartphone display panel can withstand.

“A smartphone as incredible as this deserves care like no other,” and that is why the company will provide “Galaxy Fold Premier Service,” taking advantage which you will be able to establish direct contact with Samsung experts in case you encounter any issue.
