Its getting close to a month since the last Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview, Build 10536, which was released on the 14th September 2015.
In many ways this gap is usual, though Microsoft often professes the ambition to get builds out to Insiders faster.
The good news is that, according to Gabe Aul (the real one) the Windows 10 Mobile team is getting close to releasing a new build.
He writes:
@rsfarias90 @WindowsClubBr @WindowsManiaBR We have a good candidate in the Microsoft ring, we’ll see shortly whether it’s ready to go out

Being send out to Insiders is simply the last step in a series of internal tests, and I suspect if their latest test build is stable enough to be pushed out (the last was delayed due to a bug with the PC version) we should be seeing it by the middle of the week if not earlier.
Known new features is improvements to the People Hub Live Tile and a new web-based developer console which we look forward to testing.
